Introduction
- SKYGO is a mobile airport check-in service that offers convenient check-in for flights at your home or hotel.
- These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between SKYGO and the User. By using SKYGO`s services, the User agrees to be bound by these terms.
Service Description
- SKYGO provides check-in services for flights, including baggage handling and delivery to the airport.
- SKYGO is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or other issues beyond its control.
- The User is responsible for providing accurate flight information and ensuring that their baggage complies with airline regulations.
Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made through SKYGO`s website or mobile app.
- Payment for the service must be made in advance.
- SKYGO reserves the right to modify its pricing structure at any time.
Amendments and Cancellation
Subject to the conditions herein, you may amend or cancel a Booking either via the Platforms, telephone or by sending us an email that includes the Booking details to orders@skyygo.com. Any amendment or cancellation of a Booking is confirmed and completed only when we send a confirmation to you by email.
- You may amend a Booking at any time provided that the amendment is received and confirmed by us more than 12 hours prior to the Pick-up Period.
- If you cancel a Booking (i) more than 12 hours prior to the start of the Pick-up Period for that Booking, we will refund in full any Fees that you have paid to us in respect of that Booking. We will process the refund within 14 days of notification of the cancellation. Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment. If you cancel a Booking outside of these times, we will not refund any Fees that you have already paid us for that Booking.
- If your luggage is in our possession, we may amend or cancel any Booking without refunding you any Fees:
- In the event of any Force Majeure or where we are prevented by you from fulfilling the Service;
- where you have provided an invalid delivery address;
- where we believe that you have misused our Services,
- and we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of this.
Baggage Handling
- SKYGO will handle baggage with reasonable care.
- The User is responsible for ensuring that their baggage complies with airline regulations and for any damage caused by improper packing.
- SKYGO is not liable for loss or damage to baggage caused by events beyond its control.
Liability
- SKYGO`s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the amount paid by the User for the service.
- SKYGO is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Data Privacy
- SKYGO collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Termination
- SKYGO may terminate the service at any time without notice.
- The User may terminate the service by providing written notice to SKYGO.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
